This grill pan has a 5,5 mm bottom, which ensures good and even heat distribution. It will perfectly preserve the juiciness of your dish, while at the same time giving it a crispy crust. The pan is suitable for all types of cookers (including induction), ovens and grills. It is recommended to clean it with warm water. Cleaning can be completed by oiling the pan.
