Morso Forno EL Medio is a versatile and unique solution. The grill is suitable for quick meals (steaks, ribs) and long grilling (large cuts of meat).
Morso Forno EL Medio multifunctional oven/grill with grill and additional accessories such as a cooking plate, pizza stone, baking spit. Temperature can be easily and precisely adjusted from 50 °C to 400 °C.
When using the grill grates, some of the juices and fat reach the grill elements, creating smoke that gives the grill its excellent flavour and aroma.
The Morso Forno EL Medio has both top and bottom heating. For direct grilling, only the lower heat is used, for long cooking, both the upper and lower heat are used, and for pizza cooking, the upper heat is used first, then both, etc.
The grill has a timer and an adjustable chimney valve to set the humidity and smoke level.

Important, MAINTENANCE: With regular use and exposure to a wide range of outdoor conditions, outdoor products are always subject to wear and tear, scratches and corrosion, but this can be easily remedied with the Morso Forno Gas & Balcone Maintenance Kit. With the Maintenance Kit, you can refurbish your grill to make it look almost like new. We always recommend using a rain cover (optional) to protect your grill when not in use.
Important! – Always make sure the grill is completely cool and dry before covering it. The grill cover will prevent moisture and rainwater from penetrating and prevent rust from forming on the cast-iron grill, even when the grill is not in use.
